It's a fair question — if UPVC is UPVC, why does pricing vary so widely across Ranchi's market? The answer lies in what you can't see at first glance.

Cheaper suppliers often use thinner-walled, recycled or low-grade UPVC profiles with fewer internal chambers, which reduces both cost and insulation performance. Steel reinforcement inside the frame — critical for strength — is sometimes reduced or skipped entirely.
Fabrication method is another major factor. Manual, low-tolerance cutting and screw-jointed corners cost far less in machinery and skilled labour than precision-cut, fusion-welded frames — but they fail sooner.
None of this means every affordable window is bad. It means price differences usually map directly to a specific, identifiable compromise — and it's worth asking what that compromise is before you buy.
